Job Opportunity: Agriculture Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the agriculture sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and sales in their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business opportunities within the agriculture sector, focusing on composite and timber fire door markets, retail and trade sectors, new builds, and aluminium fabricators.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, identifying new prospects and reporting opportunities to the Sales Director.
  3. Collaborate with commercial clients and prospects to promote new product development opportunities, leveraging real-world solutions to maintain our niche position.
  4. Produce forecasts for anticipated new project/product demand, tracking both upward and downward trends.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success selling solutions or products into the windows, doors, fenestration, and fabrication market.
  2. Excellent account manager and new business developer with a strong technical understanding.
  3. Competent presenter able to represent the company's image professionally at all levels.
  4. Technical expert able to provide advice and support to fabricators, distributors, and contractors within their area.
