Job Title: Resident Care Professional

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Care Professional to join our care home team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to our residents
  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Assisting with daily tasks and activities
  • Fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the care home
