Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in care settings, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with residents and colleagues
  • An understanding of dementia-specific care and support, with the ability to adapt to individual resident needs
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on enhancing patient care
