We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln and South Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and a passion for working with adults who require support with everyday tasks, personal care, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care to our customers, including assistance with daily living tasks">
  • Supporting customers with mental health needs and promoting their overall well-being">
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery">

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work alternate weekends">
  • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities">
  • A valid DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)">

Salary and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary of £13 per hour, consistent shifts, mileage paid at 30p per mile, 28 days paid annual leave pro rata, induction training, and ongoing support and training. We also provide opportunities for career progression and professional development.
