We are looking for an efficient and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including purchase ledger management, invoicing, and data entry.

  • Manage phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Support other team members with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements

Prior experience in an administrative role, particularly in purchase ledger duties, is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be willing to learn Pegasus Opera accounting software.
  • Evidence exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Display a friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
