Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an efficient and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide essential support to our office team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining order and organisation.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including purchase ledger management, invoicing, and data entry.
- Manage phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Support other team members with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Prior experience in an administrative role, particularly in purchase ledger duties, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be willing to learn Pegasus Opera accounting software.
- Evidence exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Display a friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Estimated Salary: £29,000 per annum
