Administrative Hybrid Coordinator Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Hybrid Coordinator to join our team at WSH Group. As an Administrative Hybrid Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing several sites within Amazon contract, administering legal and training documentation, and providing quality control monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering legal and training documentation to support the Operations manager in overseeing several sites within Amazon contract
  • Quality Control: monitor administration and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Logistics Management: coordinate administration, oversee the flow of legal documentation and payroll controls across several sites
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns

Requirements:

  • Previous experience commensurate with role with strong computer skills
  • Passion for food and customer service
  • Satisfaction from admin training and supporting a team
  • Understanding of delegation and influencing skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities; high attention to detail
  • Concise and effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
