Job Role

The Administration Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for managing work orders, coordinating services, and resolving customer complaints. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Tasks:

  1. Manage end-to-end work orders, including coordination of planned and reactive services
  2. Accurately record information to resolve service requests, incidents, and complaints
  3. Develop and maintain a good understanding of core applications, systems, and processes
  4. Keep up-to-date with contract changes and share information with the team
  5. Resolve customer issues according to the Customer Complaint process

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in administration, work order scheduling, or mobile resource planning
  • Experience in coordinating service delivery in a mobile field force environment
  • Customer service experience driven by SLAs, performance measurement, and personal targets
