Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, and ensure the efficient use of office supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Requirements:
