Fleet Management Coordinator

HelloFresh is seeking a Fleet Management Coordinator to join our logistics operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with carriers and managing a team of shunters and support staff to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely movement of goods.
About the Role:- Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Lead a team of Transport Assistants on the shift to ensure that the shift KPIs are met in full and on time.
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely loading and unloading of trucks and trailers.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a Transport Supervisor or similar role within a leadership capacity, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask. A good understanding of Microsoft and Google suites is also essential.
