**Submarine Fleet Management Degree Apprenticeship**

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Nuclear Business Management Degree Apprentice. This four-year apprenticeship program will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in managing complex projects, plans, and relationships for the UK Royal Navy's nuclear submarine fleet.

**About the Program**

The program includes:

  • Four years of on-the-job training and experience in project management, finance, commercial, project management, procurement, and planning.
  • Study for a BA in Business Management with the University of Derby at our Nuclear Skills Academy.
  • Career guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

**Requirements**

  • Five GCSEs at grade 4/C including Maths and English Language.
  • Three A-levels at grade CCC including a numerical or business-related subject.
  • Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma at DDM in a numerical or business-related subject.
