Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting salary of £20,735 per year, with annual pay rises, as well as a range of benefits including fully sponsored BA (Hons) in a Project Management discipline, professional qualification recognised by the Association of Project Management (APM), 33 days' holiday per year, and a choice of voluntary benefits.

About the Role

The Project Management Degree Apprenticeship is a four-year programme that combines formal learning with practical, real-world experience. You will spend time working on real projects that support submarines in the Royal Navy, developing practical knowledge of project management techniques, tools, and methodologies. We are looking for fast learners who are motivated to develop a career in project management.

Requirements

To be eligible for this programme, you must have 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C, which must include English Language and Maths, as well as three A-levels at grade C excluding General Studies or a Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma in any subject excluding General Studies. Every bit as important as your academic achievements, however, are the personal qualities you bring to the role.
