About Our Client
Our client is a successful training academy seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to lead their Derby site.
Job Summary
- Oversee apprenticeship delivery across chosen standards, focusing on niche sectors like Lean Six Sigma and Audio Visual.
- Provide leadership and support to trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery meeting learner and employer expectations.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement, aligning with the company's commitment to excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements, ESFA funding rules, and other regulatory bodies.
- Manage the Functional Skills Centre, maintaining compliance with accreditation requirements and awarding body relationships.
- Maintain accurate data on learner progress and funding claims using systems like Bud, ILR, and CRM.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record in managing apprenticeship programs, emphasizing quality and compliance.
- Strong experience in Ofsted inspections and leading teams towards achieving Outstanding results.
- Knowledge of ESFA funding rules, data management systems, and EPA processes.
- Relevant teaching qualifications (DTLLS/Cert Ed) and full UK driving license required.
What We Offer
- Full-time position with flexible working hours (Monday-Friday).

- Competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum).
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
