The Role

This full-time, permanent position involves coordinating and prioritising activity across shifts and business streams to ensure customer service requirements are met. You will be responsible for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S) through effective use of resources and management of staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S) through effective use of resources and management of staff
  • Maintaining accurate records and planning to ensure targets are achieved within financial costings
  • Encouraging employee participation in method improvement, raising quality and effective team working
  • Promoting a flexible approach to delivering business requirements
What You Need To Succeed
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills with effective written and oral communication
  • Sound operational knowledge and experience whilst customer focus is a priority
  • Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills with people management experience with ability to develop a multi-skilled and flexible team
  • PC Skills: Excel, Word and knowledge of DLOG, LES, ESP and GTS
