Outsourcing Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Outsourcing Coordinator to join our team at Bulkhead Interactive. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing external partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration between game teams and vendors.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate game teams and operation departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing external vendors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate game teams and operation departments with necessary paperwork before engagement commences.
  2. Establish expected quality bars per discipline and ensure delivery against these standards.
  3. Identify and resolve risks for the game team and vendor pipeline.
  4. Work closely with Development and Production Directors to track, maintain, and document status across each engagement.
  5. Manage relationships with Operations Departments to ensure timely contract agreements, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience working with external partners.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Jira, and Perforce.
  • Ability to track and maintain budgets on a large scale.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong technical understanding of game development pipelines and processes.
  • In-depth understanding of game development life cycles.
  • Previous experience working in a AAA game development studio.
  • Strong passion for gaming.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum
