We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Monitoring team in the UK. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This position involves coordinating the day-to-day activities of the IM Management team, including administrative and office-based functions, and contributing to the effective running of the IM contract.

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365, are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an office environment or similar role, with good time management and organisational skills.
  • Able to work well independently or as part of a team, supporting day-to-day office functions and managing post, consumables, and security passes.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the IM Management team
  • Booking and monitoring overnight lodges for staff
  • Arranging travel requirements
  • Managing commercial data related to lodges and taxi bookings
  • Supporting with day-to-day office functions and following up on queries with suppliers
