About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrator working nights. This is a permanent position based in our South Area Office, Ascot Drive, Derby.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across various aspects of the role, including task management, prioritization, and communication. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse range of colleagues and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As an Administrator working nights, you will play a vital role in supporting our teams and contributing to the success of our service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to teams across the service
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and data
  • Communicating with stakeholders and colleagues via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Supporting the preparation and submission of reports and documentation

Requirements:

  • 3 years of continuous residency in the UK
  • Home Office approval for indefinite leave to remain within the UK
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
