Children's Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for children and young people with mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience of working with children and young people with mental health needs.
- Knowledge of child and adolescent mental health theories and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
