We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Barnsley. As a key member of our Compass Be Mental Health Support Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring children and young people access the right help, at the right time, in the right setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems in educational settings.
- Develop and disseminate packages of care, including evidenced-based interventions, to children and young people and work with parents and teaching staff on an individual and group basis.
- Offer specialist support, consultation, and training to staff within the service and other agencies as required.
