Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to Children, Young People, and Families in need, including those in crisis situations
  • Deliver immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to individuals facing difficult circumstances

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Children, Young People, or Families in a support role, with experience in crisis intervention preferred
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in high-stress situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a calm and supportive approach in emergencies
  • A good understanding of safeguarding principles
  • Enhanced DBS check for children and adults is required
  • Ability to provide 3 years of references
  • PMVA
