We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker for children with complex needs. As a member of our specialist team, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating, safe, and structured environment for our pupils with severe and complex learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-call support for pupils at times of crisis, promoting self-regulation and enabling them to settle and learn.
- Deliver interventions, coaching conversations, and therapeutic activities to support pupils' long-term development.
- Work collaboratively with senior staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a school or similar setting with children/young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
- GCSE Math's and English or equivalent.
- NVQ L3 qualification or working towards.

- A competitive starting salary of £19,802 actual annual salary (£25,584 FTE) for a 33-hour week, term-time only, plus 5 inset days.
