The Key Responsibilities

As a social worker, you will be responsible for managing complex cases, conducting thorough risk assessments, and developing and implementing plans to safeguard children. You will also need to work closely with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

About the Successful Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised social worker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of child protection procedures. A degree in social work (Degree/ DipSW/COSW) and at least three years' experience in a similar role are essential.

£40-45 per hour (PAYE payment available)

  • Supportive team management structure
  • Hybrid working arrangement, minimum 3 days per week
  • Parking facilities available on-site
