Key Responsibilities

This Senior Social Worker Adoption role requires someone with a Social Work Degree or equivalent, as well as registration with Social Work England. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and their families, with a strong understanding of UK legislation relevant to children and families.

The successful candidate will have a salary of up to £44,539 and will be responsible for working with children, young people, and families to promote their well-being. They will undertake assessments, plan, and implement interventions for children and families in accordance with statutory and operational standards.

Maintaining accurate records and engaging with colleagues are essential aspects of this position. You will also demonstrate confident judgment about risk and meet the requirements of the Professional Capabilities Framework and Health Care Professions Council.
