Job Requirements
  • Hold a Degree in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in statutory children's social work.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Work collaboratively with families, children, and multi-agency partners to create and implement effective Child in Need, Child Protection, and care plans.
  2. Implement timely, creative, and meaningful interventions to safeguard and promote the well-being of children and young people.
  3. Engage actively in professional supervision, development programs, and team meetings to enhance your practice continuously.
