**Job Responsibilities**

You will be expected to have a good working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and experience supporting quality learning experiences for pupils, delivering small group work when necessary.

You will follow school policies and procedures regarding safeguarding and behaviour while working with children of mixed abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Built on trust, our relationships with both staff and students are key to success. Showing initiative and seeking direction when needed is essential for this role.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this position, you should hold relevant qualifications or teaching assistant experience in the classroom (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in childcare) and UK experience as a teaching assistant.

An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service or willingness to complete a new DBS is required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £23,000-£28,000, depending on your location and experience.
