Outwood Grange Academies Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Health and Wellbeing Officer to join our team at Outwood Academy Carlton.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and administer medicines for students and staff.
- Lead on the provision of First Aid and medical assistance to students and staff.
- Play a key role in the ongoing health and welfare of students and staff across the academy.
- Produce individual Healthcare plans, PEEPS, and Risk Assessments for N Code Children, with support from inclusion teams for children with SEND.
- Liaise with School Health Teams to administer regular programmes of medical, dental, optical and auditory testing and immunisation as required.
- Ensure accident reports and RIDDOR forms are completed in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy and that statistics of accidents are produced on a regular basis.

As a Health and Wellbeing Officer, you will be responsible for leading on the provision of health and wellbeing services to students and staff, including managing medicines, providing First Aid and medical assistance, and producing individual healthcare plans.
You will work closely with the inclusion team to support children with SEND and liaise with School Health Teams to administer regular programmes of medical, dental, optical and auditory testing and immunisation.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, able to work as part of a team and committed to making a difference to improving the life chances of our students.
