h2About the Role/h2pWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our Mental Health Matters team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients, promoting opportunities for recovery and social inclusion./ppYou will establish links with crisis and home treatment teams, hospital liaison, street triage, and other partners to promote independence and social inclusion. Availability to attend meetings and events during the day is essential./ppWith experience of working within a community-based mental health setting, you should be able to inspire, engage, and motivate people. You will have the proven ability to identify barriers, understand need, and support people to achieve their goals./ppThe role will include one-to-one engagement, facilitating activities within the service and community, administrative tasks, signposting, and engaging people in other provision. You will manage a team, including Crisis Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers, and Volunteers, to achieve the best person-centred care with the client for their recovery./ph2About You/h2pYou will be educated to Diploma or NVQ Level 3 Management or equivalent (or willing to achieve within a set period). You will have experience of working in a Mental Health setting, with knowledge of Primary and Secondary Care pathways./ppYou will be able to inspire and engage people, identify barriers, and understand client needs, while possessing excellent motivational skills. You will have a good understanding of the principles of the Care and Mental Health Act and be able to work with people with a variety of complex needs./ph2What We Offer/h2pWe offer a comprehensive in-person training program, a minimum of 25 days annual leave per annum, a 5% contributory pension scheme, and a holistic approach to your health and wellbeing.
