We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective care to patients, adhering to all Trust policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to meet the individual needs of patients.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- RMN qualified with a minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Restraint and ILS Training completed within the last 12 months.
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing and Statement of NMC Registration.
- Flexible Bank shifts or fixed term placements across various Trusts in England.
- Weekly pay and access to your wages more quickly.
