Mental Health Practitioner for Children and Young People

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Mental Health Practitioner for Children and Young People. The successful candidate will work with children and young people in educational settings, providing evidence-based interventions for mild to moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing issues.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems
- Develop and disseminate packages of care, including evidenced-based interventions
- Work with parents and teaching staff on an individual and group basis
- Offer specialist support, consultation, and training to staff within the service and other agencies
