We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Technical Operations team at Simply Business as a Strategic Operations Partnership.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Shared Services leaders to create a plan that aligns with the goals of the strategy, measuring and reporting on progress/targets and status regularly to demonstrate the plan's effectiveness against the strategic objectives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related role, preferably within the insuretech sector. They should possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, a sound commercial background, and strong attention to detail.

A tech domain specialist with active understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies is required. The successful candidate will also be a resourceful project manager with exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously to deadline.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a variety of ad hoc projects related to Shared Services, including financial, system implementations, and organisational change initiatives.
  • Collaborating across the Shared Services Leadership to identify and implement process enhancements and operational efficiency improvements using appropriate methodologies.
  • Generating business insights and trend analysis to deliver concepts and recommendations that drive the overall success of Shared Services.
What We Offer

Simply Business offers a competitive salary of approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:
