Job Description

As a Strategic Partnership Operations Specialist, you will manage operational challenges, growth opportunities, and escalations for enterprise partners. Your role will focus on operational excellence, process automation, and continuous improvement to ensure maximum value from collaborations with Wise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Ownership: Manage operational challenges, unblock growth opportunities, and handle escalations for enterprise partners.
  • Strategic Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement operational success plans based on data analysis to drive strategic improvements.
  • Scaling and Process Optimization: Identify key friction points in operations, lead negotiations, and implement process changes to enhance efficiencies and scalability.
  • API Integration and Collaboration: Explore and implement endpoint and webhook solutions to negotiate seamless data exchange and automation of operational support systems.
  • Quality and Performance Analysis: Evaluate support quality, partner feedback, and identify areas for improvement to work with cross-functional teams to enhance resolution rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the tech space with a focus on operations and payments processing.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills to inform decision-making and prioritize high-impact projects.
  • Proven project management track record with measurable results in operations improvement and cost scaling.
  • Creative problem-solving and initiative-taking skills to overcome challenges and achieve cross-team consensus.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively articulate data and impact analysis.
  • Self-motivated and independent with the ability to work autonomously and execute improvements proactively.
