At Aquent, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our EU Credit Business Operations team, you'll play a vital role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional payment experiences for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external financial partners. You'll drive cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and payment processes, leveraging data and metrics to assess performance and identify trends.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects that improve customer experience and payment processes.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in partnership management, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end program delivery.
  • Knowledge of online payment products, credit lines, and installment plans.
  • Knowledge of additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish, French) is a plus.
