Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Sales Estimating and Project Scheduling team, with a focus on driving efficiency and improving processes. This will involve efficiently managing the team's workflow from enquiry to close-out and handover to Purchasing and Manufacturing.
Additionally, the role will involve networking across the customer base to identify sales opportunities and ensuring the timely flow of information between customers and the business to support on-time delivery of projects.
Requirements:- Clear sighted and organised with an ability to lead by example, motivate and manage a team to achieve high performance
- Well-developed project management skills
- A commitment to improving and policing proper process
- Quiet, calm confidence and natural authority
- Proven track record in a similar environment
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
