Overview of the Role

We are looking for a Business Growth and Skills Development Specialist to join our team at MTrec Technical. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with organisational objectives, driving business growth and development through effective learning and organisational development strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet business objectives, focusing on adult learning principles and methodologies, and maintaining accurate records of training activities, participant feedback, and program evaluation.
  • Design and implement a learning and organisational development function that supports business growth and development, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop tailored solutions, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar industry or sector, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A competitive salary package of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience), offering ongoing professional development opportunities, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and the chance to work with a prominent company in the North East manufacturing sector.
