Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at a prestigious private members club in Sunningdale, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in maintaining high culinary standards, while also contributing to the development of innovative menus that cater to the discerning tastes of our members.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to work with fresh and seasonal produce, helping to create exceptional dining experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs to ensure consistency and quality in food production.

Salary: £32,000 + service charge.
