Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Coworth Park Hotel, a 5-star establishment in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Sous Chef in a similar setting and be able to lead and motivate a team of chefs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all kitchen activities, including food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and inventory management. They will also participate in menu planning, food production, and cost control.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as complimentary nights with breakfast, 50% F&B discount, and an employee introductory scheme.
