Job Description

As our Catering Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the culinary experience for our students and staff at Thomas Franks Ltd in Ascot. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our catering department, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food production
  • Leading a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Developing and implementing innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

You will work closely with our events team to deliver exceptional hospitality services, collaborating on menu design, logistics, and execution. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a sense of community and respect among colleagues.
