Housing Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Housing Assistant to join our team at South Lanarkshire. This is a fixed-term position until September 2025.
The successful candidate will undertake various administrative duties, including communication with internal and external customers, data entry, filing, and photocopying. They will also be required to demonstrate the ability to manage workload effectively, respond to changing priorities, and contribute to team goals and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective service provision through liaison with internal and external customers.
- Performing word processing, filing, and photocopying tasks.
- Managing workload efficiently.
- Contributing to team goals and projects.
- Utilising relevant IT systems and software applications.
This role requires prior experience in a similar capacity and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
