We are currently seeking a skilled Housing Assistant to join our team at the Hamilton Area office.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, undertaking various clerical duties to ensure effective provision of services to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, word processing, filing, and photocopying.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Undertake clerical duties to ensure effective service delivery
  • Liaise with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Perform administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, and photocopying

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Organizational skills: Demonstrate ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Communication skills: Liaise with customers and colleagues
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

£23,395.31 per year
