Homeless Housing Coordinator

Housing Assistants play a vital role in supporting our team at the Hamilton Area office.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to undertake various clerical duties, ensuring effective provision of services to our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of tasks, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, word processing, filing, and photocopying.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake clerical duties to ensure effective service delivery
- Liaise with stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Perform administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, and photocopying
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Organizational skills: Demonstrate ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Communication skills: Liaise with customers and colleagues
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
