About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Services Manager to lead our Hamilton Area Office team. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day housing management and homelessness services.

About the Team

You will lead a multi-disciplined team in a dynamic environment, working towards challenging targets and ensuring the best value for our customers. Our approach to good practice and safer recruitment involves pre-employment checks, including Identity, Asylum and Immigration, and employment history.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team providing exceptional housing management and homelessness services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve services, meet targets, and achieve best value for customers.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Up to 33 days annual leave, plus public holiday entitlement (up to 10 days).
