Tenancy Enforcement Professional

We are looking for a Tenancy Enforcement Professional to join our team in South Lanarkshire Council.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing an in-house service for raising Court actions for recovery of possession of Council tenancies in relation to rent arrears.

Key Duties:
  • Raising Court actions and proceeding to diligence.
  • Effective communication with tenants, courts, and other stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and experience in a Debt Recovery/Legal environment.
