Homelessness Support Position
South Lanarkshire is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Housing Assistant. This is a fixed-term position until September 2025, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, while managing workload efficiently and contributing to team goals and projects.

Required qualifications include prior experience in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum is offered, along with up to 33 days annual leave and public holiday entitlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure effective service provision.
  • Undertake administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Organise and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Contribute to team goals and projects.
  • Utilise relevant IT systems and software applications.
