Opportunity Overview

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Trainee Finance Specialist to join our team at Office Angels.

The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills in finance and administration while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and managing customer interactions.
  • Processing orders and accurately inputting details into the system.
  • Supporting the finance team with various tasks, including purchase ledger and sales ledger (training will be provided).
  • Raising sales invoices and inputting data into Sage 50 (training will be provided).

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Office package (desirable).
  • A positive attitude and ability to approach challenges in a proactive manner.
  • An eagerness to learn and develop your skills in finance and administration.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a small team.

The estimated salary for this role is £23,500 per annum, and we offer on-site parking and a supportive work environment.
