Office Support Trainee

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Trainee Finance Specialist to join our team at Office Angels.
The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills in finance and administration while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and managing customer interactions.
- Processing orders and accurately inputting details into the system.
- Supporting the finance team with various tasks, including purchase ledger and sales ledger (training will be provided).
- Raising sales invoices and inputting data into Sage 50 (training will be provided).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Office package (desirable).
- A positive attitude and ability to approach challenges in a proactive manner.
- An eagerness to learn and develop your skills in finance and administration.
- A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
The estimated salary for this role is £23,500 per annum, and we offer on-site parking and a supportive work environment.
