We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in Hamilton, United Kingdom. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to support business needs.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Manage office filing systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Event Support: Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, providing logistical support and coordination.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support to various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a strong understanding of office procedures and systems.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent communication and organizational skills.
