We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in Hamilton, United Kingdom. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to support business needs.

- Event Support: Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, providing logistical support and coordination.
