IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Finsbury Food Group, a leading speciality bakery manufacturer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first/second line support via our group helpdesk system, working closely with the Group Helpdesk Manager to ensure all incidents are closed based on SLAs.
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with previous hands-on experience with Office 365 and familiarity with Windows 10 setup and rollout.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building laptops and desktops, and be flexible and willing to travel to our sites in Scotland on occasion.
This is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience with one of the UK's largest bakery businesses, working closely with a friendly and engaging team from both a site and group perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first/second line support via our group helpdesk system
- Work closely with the Group Helpdesk Manager to ensure all incidents are closed based on SLAs
- Experience in building laptops and desktops
- Familiarity with Windows 10 setup and rollout
- Previous hands-on experience with Office 365
Requirements:
- Relevant Computer Science degree qualification
- Working knowledge of Windows servers and Active Directory management
- IT HelpDesk administration experience
- Exposure to cloud-based systems, Azure, and AWS
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
