Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in coordinating office events and meetings

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and office management practices
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping

**Salary**: £13,650.00-£14,560.00 per year
