**Service Administrator**

Our Service Administrator will be responsible for executing the overall Support, Reporting, Collaboration and Planning at our Hamilton Office.

Are you looking for your next Service Administrator role? With exceptional attention to detail, you, as a Service Administrator, will act as a central function of the Hamilton team at Compco Fire Systems. Together, we can redefine what’s possible for the future of the Fire Protection Industry.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone, inbox monitoring and diary management.
- Scheduling Engineers Workloads Efficiently.
- General Upkeep of the Internal System and Maintaining Records.
- Control and Plan all Service and Maintenance Scheduling.
- Organisation of Project Files for all Works Undertaken.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Proven Experience in a Similar Administrator Role
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of software such as CASH is beneficial, but not required.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

This is an office-based role and would require the successful Scheduler to attend Monday-Friday at Cadzow House, Cadzow Industrial Estate, Hamilton, ML3 7QN.
