**About the opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a permanent Administrator to join our growing Operations Support department at our Hamilton Office.
As an Administrator you will acknowledge customer requests promptly, work with internal and external customers and support our schedulers with delivering the information to let our customers know their schedules, dates or call offs for site installations.

**Your responsibilities**:
- The operation and accurate delivery of all aspects of operational administration.
- Update and maintain appropriate filing/information systems, so that information is stored securely and is easily retrievable.
- Request and control external meter requests on behalf of our customers.
- Always deliver excellent customer service whilst protecting Energetics commercial interests, company brand and reputation.
- Provide site support for customer enquiries and assist with the successful resolution of complaints.
- Identifying and driving efficiencies into planned work and delivery of programmed works.
**Experience / Knowledge**:
**Essential**:
- Competent in customer service, telephone manner and administrative skills
- Excellent IT literacy with the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
**Desirbale**:
- Experience in a similar technical administration role.

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and willing to adapt to new tasks and duties
- Ability to work well in a team and equally on own initiative with proactive approach to all aspects.
