About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Consultant General Adult Psychiatry, you will play a vital role in providing expert care and support to patients aged 16-65 years old.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Social Work staff, community psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A strong background in adult psychiatry with experience in managing complex cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary Information
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
