Job Summary:

The University Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a Clinical Leadership Specialist to support the Medical Director in providing clinical leadership within the partnership and developing Primary Care across Lanarkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to medical professionals within the partnership.
  • Develop and implement Primary Care strategies to improve health outcomes for South Lanarkshire's communities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve partnership goals and objectives.
  • Support an environment of continuous improvement and transformational change within the partnership.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Community and Primary Care.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and ability to guide medical professionals.
  • Experience of medical management in the NHS.
